I first connected to this amazing mother-daughter team when I saw a listing in the Danforth area and met Wafa. My initial bid for that place did not work out, but very quickly after (within two weeks!), Wafa's daughter, Jalila, helped me to secure my first home only a few blocks away.
Jalila is thoughtful, responsive, honest, and fantastic at negotiating. It is clear that the work both Wafa and Jalila do is not solely for their benefit, but to ensure that their clients are truly cared for.

What an outstanding team Wafa and Jalila are!! Jalila went above and beyond in supporting us with prepping our house for sale and finding our dream house. It was at the height of the pandemic when we were trying to get our house ready for sale. Jalila lined up wonderful tradespeople to complete the reno within the timelines and budget we needed. Her designer is also brilliant and uses a lot of modern pieces from West Elm and Article in her staging. The result was nothing short of spectacular and dreamy, which really helped seal the deal on our sale. One last thing, Jalila's excellent negotiation skills got us above asking on our sale and an a great deal on our purchase!!! We are so happy and appreciative of this awesome duo's dedication and genuine care for their clients. Highly recommended!!

I have worked with Wafa and Jalila on multiple properties for the last 7 years. I cannot even imagine using anybody else. They are incredibly knowledgeable on the market (investment and residential properties), all areas of the city, and most importantly- they listened to what I was looking for. They never pushed me to do anything that I didn't want to do, but knew exactly when there was a good deal for me. On the flip side of that, I have also sold my properties with them and they have always (without fail) put the hard work. They staged them beautifully, ensured that the place was clean/presentable/photographed well, and did the proper marketing to ensure the right buyers were coming through and to get me the most that they could. If you are looking for a genuinely trustworthy team who will always have your best interests in mind- and will continue to take care of you and foster your relationship now and in the future, please consider them.
