I first connected to this amazing mother-daughter team when I saw a listing in the Danforth area and met Wafa. My initial bid for that place did not work out, but very quickly after (within two weeks!), Wafa's daughter, Jalila, helped me to secure my first home only a few blocks away.

Jalila is thoughtful, responsive, honest, and fantastic at negotiating. It is clear that the work both Wafa and Jalila do is not solely for their benefit, but to ensure that their clients are truly cared for.

It has been two months since I moved into this space and I couldn't be more contented. Even after several months, Jalila continues to assist me in any questions that I might have regarding my purchase.
