My boyfriend and I worked with Jalila to buy our condo! She was great taking us all over to see what we asked but she kept asking us to trust her and look at a place. We really weren't interested but we also weren't finding what we wanted. We finally said OK and guess what place we bought; the condo we didn't even want to see! I have worked with Wafa and Jalila on multiple properties for the last 7 years. I cannot even imagine using anybody else. They are incredibly knowledgeable on the market (investment and residential properties), all areas of the city, and most importantly- they listened to what I was looking for. They never pushed me to do anything that I didn't want to do, but knew exactly when there was a good deal for me. On the flip side of that, I have also sold my properties with them and they have always (without fail) put the hard work. Originally I wanted to partner with Jalila because I thought she was cool and I truly wanted to be her friend - not the best reason to hire a realtor.

I first connected to this amazing mother-daughter team when I saw a listing in the Danforth area and met Wafa. My initial bid for that place did not work out, but very quickly after (within two weeks!), Wafa's daughter, Jalila, helped me to secure my first home only a few blocks away.
