We used Jalila to sell our last house and to purchase our current home. I've since recommended her to family and friends - and now the rest of the world, through this post! We had a great experience buying and selling with Jalila. She's knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, strategic, and respected by other agents in the city. I also give her full credit for helping us find our current home, which we absolutely love and was a total hidden gem (which she helped uncover!)

I have worked with Wafa and Jalila on multiple properties for the last 7 years. I cannot even imagine using anybody else. They are incredibly knowledgeable on the market (investment and residential properties), all areas of the city, and most importantly- they listened to what I was looking for. They never pushed me to do anything that I didn't want to do, but knew exactly when there was a good deal for me. On the flip side of that, I have also sold my properties with them and they have always (without fail) put the hard work. They staged them beautifully, ensured that the place was clean/presentable/photographed well, and did the proper marketing to ensure the right buyers were coming through and to get me the most that they could. If you are looking for a genuinely trustworthy team who will always have your best interests in mind- and will continue to take care of you and foster your relationship now and in the future, please consider them. I don't know if I would be where I am now if it wasn't for them. I look forward to selling and purchasing with them again in the near future.

Buying a home is stressful - especially as a first time home buyer. Jalila was fantastic in assuaging our fears and concerns, keeping us informed and knowledgeable and guiding us to a decision that we were comfortable with.

She was available, friendly, personable and professional - we really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. On the sell side, Wafa and Jalila marketed our condo extremely aggressively. This process resulted in many offers in a slow condo market. We were able to sell our condo for more than expected in a pain free process.

On the buy side, Wafa patiently showed my wife and I 20-30 homes over an 18 month period and never applied pressure to us to bid on homes we weren't totally happy with. I have probably been one of Wafa's more demanding clients and she handled my needs with grace. All of Wafa's efforts culminated in early 2021 when she and her colleagues at Remax Hallmark matched us with a couple selling their home in an unlisted transaction.

The purchase was a deal one in which all parties involved came out winners! January 2021 was a very difficult market in which to purchase a home; Wafa and Jalila made it stress free and easy.

As stated earlier, my wife and I have been recommending Wafa and Jalila to all of our friends and I highly recommend that you use them as well!
