Her designer is also brilliant and uses a lot of modern pieces from West Elm and Article in her staging. The result was nothing short of spectacular and dreamy, which really helped seal the deal on our sale. One last thing, Jalila's excellent negotiation skills got us above asking on our sale and an a great deal on our purchase!!! I have worked with Wafa and Jalila on multiple properties for the last 7 years. I cannot even imagine using anybody else. They are incredibly knowledgeable on the market (investment and residential properties), all areas of the city, and most importantly- they listened to what I was looking for. They never pushed me to do anything that I didn't want to do, but knew exactly when there was a good deal for me. On the flip side of that, I have also sold my properties with them and they have always (without fail) put the hard work. They staged them beautifully, ensured that the place was clean/presentable/photographed well, and did the proper marketing to ensure the right buyers were coming through and to get me the most that they could. We were already friends with Jalila and it's wild to see the professional side of a friend in action. So blown away by how everything went, from sale to purchase. It was a little unreal in this housing climate, but Jalila made it happen!
