Her designer is also brilliant and uses a lot of modern pieces from West Elm and Article in her staging. The result was nothing short of spectacular and dreamy, which really helped seal the deal on our sale. One last thing, Jalila's excellent negotiation skills got us above asking on our sale and an a great deal on our purchase!!! I have worked with Wafa and Jalila on multiple properties for the last 7 years. I cannot even imagine using anybody else. They are incredibly knowledgeable on the market (investment and residential properties), all areas of the city, and most importantly- they listened to what I was looking for.
