On the sell side, Wafa and Jalila marketed our condo extremely aggressively. This process resulted in many offers in a slow condo market. We were able to sell our condo for more than expected in a pain free process.

On the buy side, Wafa patiently showed my wife and I 20-30 homes over an 18 month period and never applied pressure to us to bid on homes we weren't totally happy with.
