We used Jalila to sell our last house and to purchase our current home. I've since recommended her to family and friends - and now the rest of the world, through this post! We had a great experience buying and selling with Jalila. She's knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, strategic, and respected by other agents in the city. I also give her full credit for helping us find our current home, which we absolutely love and was a total hidden gem (which she helped uncover!)
 

My boyfriend and I worked with Jalila to buy our condo! She was great taking us all over to see what we asked but she kept asking us to trust her and look at a place. We really weren't interested but we also weren't finding what we wanted. We finally said OK and guess what place we bought; the condo we didn't even want to see! Jalila knew from what we had seen and the feedback we gave that this place would be perfect! I love that she gave us the wheel, but helped steer us in the direction we needed without really knowing it! I love the condo we are in and we have gotten so many compliments on it and friends ask how did you find this gem? What an outstanding team Wafa and Jalila are!! Jalila went above and beyond in supporting us with prepping our house for sale and finding our dream house. It was at the height of the pandemic when we were trying to get our house ready for sale. Jalila lined up wonderful tradespeople to complete the reno within the timelines and budget we needed. Her designer is also brilliant and uses a lot of modern pieces from West Elm and Article in her staging. The result was nothing short of spectacular and dreamy, which really helped seal the deal on our sale. One last thing, Jalila's excellent negotiation skills got us above asking on our sale and an a great deal on our purchase!!! We are so happy and appreciative of this awesome duo's dedication and genuine care for their clients. Highly recommended!!
