Jalila is a gift from heaven, I have to say. Not only is she a generally awesome person just to have a chat with, but as first time buyers she guided us through the whole process, provided incredibly helpful recommendations as we navigated Toronto homes within our budget (NO easy feat, I might add), and quite importantly, she also never pressured us into ANYTHING.

I know sometimes realtors get a bad rep in this current environment but honestly, I could not imagine navigating such a huge purchase as a first-timer without her knowledge and expertise. She's my go-to if/when we ever go down this insane path again and I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

I have worked with Wafa and Jalila on multiple properties for the last 7 years. I cannot even imagine using anybody else. They are incredibly knowledgeable on the market (investment and residential properties), all areas of the city, and most importantly- they listened to what I was looking for. They never pushed me to do anything that I didn't want to do, but knew exactly when there was a good deal for me. On the flip side of that, I have also sold my properties with them and they have always (without fail) put the hard work. They staged them beautifully, ensured that the place was clean/presentable/photographed well, and did the proper marketing to ensure the right buyers were coming through and to get me the most that they could. If you are looking for a genuinely trustworthy team who will always have your best interests in mind- and will continue to take care of you and foster your relationship now and in the future, please consider them. I don't know if I would be where I am now if it wasn't for them. I look forward to selling and purchasing with them again in the near future.

My partner and I had an absolutely incredible experience with Jalila. She goes above and beyond for you, and I cannot recommend her enough! We were not quite able to buy our own place yet, and she was very supportive in assisting us with finding a rental house that suited our needs within budget.
