Working with Wafa and Jalila was an absolute pleasure and I have been recommending them to friends and family! Wafa and Jalila delivered tremendous value to our real estate sale and purchase. We are absolutely thrilled.

On the sell side, Wafa and Jalila marketed our condo extremely aggressively. This process resulted in many offers in a slow condo market. We were able to sell our condo for more than expected in a pain free process.

On the buy side, Wafa patiently showed my wife and I 20-30 homes over an 18 month period and never applied pressure to us to bid on homes we weren't totally happy with. I have probably been one of Wafa's more demanding clients and she handled my needs with grace. All of Wafa's efforts culminated in early 2021 when she and her colleagues at Remax Hallmark matched us with a couple selling their home in an unlisted transaction.

The purchase was a deal one in which all parties involved came out winners! January 2021 was a very difficult market in which to purchase a home; Wafa and Jalila made it stress free and easy.

Everyone needs a Jalila in their lives - she’s the absolute best and we’re so lucky to have worked with her!
